Key Personnel
Bill Goodson (Sales and Marketing Manager NM) is a retired Detective from the Artesia Police
Department. Mr. Goodson brings balance to K and R Safety in versatile experience, case management as
well as coordination with the local community. Mr. Goodson conducts some training and will be
continuing to expand in the role of a safety professional. His experience and expertise expands over 20
years of working with the accidents and failures that we all try to avoid.
Dan Dolan - (VP Environmental Division) has received his Master of Science, Environmental
Engineering Management and Bachelor of Science, Business Administration. Mr. Dolan has 22 years
experience in the Environmental Field and has been involved with well testing, repairs, work-overs, and
bringing new wells on line. Mr. Dolan also conducts environmental courses regarding Drilling, Completions,
and Production to personnel. Mr. Dolan also plans and supervises soil remediation, pit closures, including
the Solidification method, location building, and setting up SPCC Plans.
Greg Owens - (Senior Consultant) Has 14 years experience in the Safety Field. Mr. Owens has
experience in General industry facilities, construction as well as radiological experience. Mr. Owens
currently works in AZ and NM conducting Field audits, accident investigations and project evaluations.
Lorraine Johnson - (Project Coordinator) is currently working with key clients and personnel in Safety
program management and implementation. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Ms. Johnson directly
coordinates and oversees workers compensation claims, program management, driver files as well as
training schedules and project Audits for approximately 750 personnel and 150 construction projects.
Daniel Figueroa - (Safety Consultant) Has received several certifications as well as his bachelors in Risk
Prevention. National Institute of Professional Training (INACAP), Risk Prevention Engineer (Degree
homologate and revalidated by the Mexican Embassy), and Professional Expert, Class A, in occupational
health and safety administration, backed by the Chile National Health Service with inscription number
VP/P-221. Mr. Figueroa is current working in AZ heading our Spanish Training.
Andrew Francis - (Safety Consultant Project Supervisor) Has received his Associates of Science in
Safety Engineering. Mr. Francis has also obtained his Hazardous Waste Operations Specialist (Hazwoper
40-Hour) certifications and his OSHA 500 construction Outreach training. Mr. Francis is currently leading
a project in South East NM.
Danny Kvam (Tennessee Branch Manager) has more than 18 years experience in the safety field. His
experience includes critical incident investigations, safety program implementation, construction safety and
health, accident investigations, hazardous waste operations, emergency response, Industrial Hygiene and
radiological hazards. Mr. Kvam is a United States Air Force Veteran.
K and R Safety have additional professionals and technicians with various types of expertise to provide the
