Safety Reviews
- For a Safety Review to be effective, three components must be evaluated:
- Evaluate the scope of the Safety Review (what we want to study).
- Identify what will be done with the information that is obtained
- Prioritize what actions are to be taken.
K & R Safety has developed specific Safety Review packages that we offer to our clients. However,
each Safety Review is conducted independently with the clients unique needs in mind. Additional or
combination Safety Reviews can be custom tailored to meet the client's specific needs and request.
All Safety Review reports include discrepancies in information gathered and recommended corrective
actions. K & R goes beyond typical consultant activity of recommending corrective action by standing
ready to assist management in the implementation of corrective action. K & R always recommends a
company supervisor assist in the Safety Review in order to facilitate the process by verifying findings
during the course of the Safety Review.

Review of all Safety Procedures
Review of all required records (training, MSDS, OSHA logs, and OSHA citations).Review of all Safety
Programs and Structure.
Review of Hazcomm Program (written program, training, hazardous chemicals, and MSDS).

Work processes
Standard compliance
Review of previous accidents/incidents for trends and analysis.
